It depends on execution of all of it tbh. A good hook is a good hook, so I can't really say I favor a specific one over every other (although I seem to enjoy hooks from pop artists the least). It also depends on the individual rapper's ability to sing.

I usually really like sampled hooks tho(ugh).

Most likely rap & rnb, just sounds good. Most of the pop features suck plus, let's face it, a collab with Rihanna? I mean.. can you humiliate yourself even more as a rapper?

I like reggae features, Guru + Damian Marley = masterpiece. Nas + Damian Marley = masterpiece. HG + Pablopavo = awesome stuff; it's probably the best genre you could collab with. Everyone likes reggae, even if they don't listen to it, there's nothing better for chillin out, so it's definitely reggae feature for me. :worship:

For me it's in this order

Rap/Rock & Rap/Rapper Singing are equal (of course they have to be good, Korn & Ice Cube are a perfect example of good rap/rock. Nate Dogg is a good example of a rapper singing)

Rap/Pop (again they have to be good. Menzo used good examples of good rap/pop)

I'm not a big RnB fan (i'm not an RnB fan at all actually) so I really can't say about Rap/RnB

When perfectly executed... silence is awesome too! Difficult for example.

But Rap -rock seem to go well together more often than not. Especially Travis Barker and Linking Park.
