Diabolic, possibly my 2nd favorite rapper!

Postby ShAdYTiLIDie » May 16th, '12, 21:38

Hey all, I just discovered Diabolic when you guys started a thread about the Diabolic/ Em similarities, gave his track front line a listen, Loved his verse so I downloaded the Liar and a Thief album, It is INSANE! Everything he is on (even the tracks that arent in Liar and a Thief) Is HOT! He uses so much multi-syllable rhyming and his metaphors and similes are amazing and I love his flow, maybe in a couple songs its not as good as others but from what I heard it is out of this world. So far from what I have heard, he is right behind Eminem in my top rappers list. Maybe its because I wasnt expecting him to rap like that and I am just going to love him for like a couple weeks/months but I really think I'm going to be rocking to this guy long term!!
Lol I know this has been a pretty un-useful post But if you havent heard him before I would suggest you listen to his frontline verse and then if you like that download his album!
Sorry for rambling peace!

Yeah he's dope. I started casually listening after his feature on Rhyme Asylum-Unreasonable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaiG0U5WY7M

Thought he killed it on that track.

and @shadytillidie I doubt he will make it out of the underground scene.

@ crashband damn thats a great track. and why do you think he wont make it out of the underground scene?? IMO he has just as much skill as Yelawolf, and if he were to be mentored by someone like Em and stay true to his roots I think he could become a legend! But thats just me lol.

He's got more skill than yela (less originality). But he's not marketable and not what the masses want.

Of course it's a possibility if a big label signed him but don't hold your breath for that. Even then, he probably wouldn't 'blow up'.

edit: you should check rhyme asylum out

probably some of the more adjustible tracks by them. If you can get past their accents you could grow to love them.

He can write much better than Yelawolf. But as CrashBand said, he has less originality than Yela.
