Regardless he won't quit anytime soon... Jay supposed to quit like 7-8 years ago or so & even officially announced it many times & even on his ''last'' album back then but then he started all over & he's still here at 40+.
Rappers don't usually quit until they are not too old for this which could easily be late 40's for some of them... they usually go away for a while & then come back but honestly I don't see Wayne doing that anytime soon either.
