I really liked both and you can credit both for being so revolutionary for their time period. More recently, I would have to say Kanye, but if he keeps producing this techno/dubstep shit, i might have to change my mind.

I can understand why you'd say that... They are two completely different styles. Havoc is much more raw (especially the drums), he has a hip hop feel. Kanye on other hand is unique because he uses such a wide range of instruments/samples to produce his beats. Because of that, his beats sometimes dont have the hip hop feel that you expect from a hip hop producer. With all that said, I still don't think anyone mixes their beats as well as Dr. Dre. All his beats the sounds are crisp, dynamic and organic.
