I just remembered this and went out and check it. Yeah, Complex shows that there's no consistency (other than consistently awfulness) to their "top" lists. Nobody should need proof to know that they are monkeys, but here's a good one nonetheless:

Complex have more than 1 or 2 "journalists" , they are like 10 or 15 tbh

They should form a general consensus among those "journalists" and put some thought into their shitty lists then. As of now, I'll maintain my theory that they grab their janitors, put their iPods on shuffle, and write the first 15 songs that play on their rap music playlists to make these "top" lists.
