Alchemist is the Tech N9ne of this producing shit. Puts out so much product every year with some random ass rappers and most people never actually hear it except alchemist fans. I mean, been bumping Russian Roullette and Rappers best friend 2 for months now and yet... i get frustrated. I know he does it for the love, but why dont he take one project, work very hard on it and let the artist actually PROMOTE that shit. My mancrush on Al be killing me :(

Magna Carta's production is overrated beyond belief. There are only like 6 or 7 good beats in that.

The best producers this year have been Big KRIT, El-P, SupaHotBeats and Harry Fraud.

I honestly didn't find anything impressive about MCHG. A lot of the beats were safe and predictable. My favorite was FUTW and I still wouldn't call it incredible or anything.

And of course I'd mention KRIT. Listen to this and tell me it isn't fantastic:

I could post more examples.

I agree, Timbo is on that shit.

Magna Carta... Holy Grail was impressive and not at all predictable, actually predictable is the worst word for how Timbaland handled the production on the album, because it was... new, different and un-expected. also The 20/20 experience production is beyond belief, go listen to the album, there is no producer today that can make all that variety and awesomeness...

Timbaland shines once again.

Haha, I see what you mean dude, most of Alc's stuff has gone under the radar over the last couple of years, but I genuinely believe that he's at his peak right now, and pretty much everything he's touching is turning to gold, but, some of the people he's working with are below par (most of the rappers in Durag Dynasty, bar Planet Asia)

Albert Einstein with Prodigy is a serious project, maybe the best Mobb Deep affiliated album since Murda Music
