Anyone remember this song?

I remember loving it at the time, I think it was on a bonus CD that came with the 8 Mile soundtrack (along with Stimulate and a 50 cent Soldier freestyle) I've periodically tried to find information about this online over the years, and can never find anything. Googling "Brooklyn singer" or other combinations of words never comes up with anything. Anyone know anything about this? Was she on Shady records for a short time? What happened here?
