i saw this in the mag a few weeks ago n i agree with u on paul wall etc. being the best its pissing me off cause the south is blowing up n not everyone is that good luda,T.I., n lil john are the only really good rappers from the south but we just dont have that many new artists coming out this year.

its the source man what do u expect? Benzino destroyed it. its not like it was back in the 90's...........now that theres a new staff n benzino's gone its more on track cause its not advertising for him so much n shit but it just sucks now....i read an issue or 2 and all the staff writers do is brag how the source is the "hip-hop bible"

yeah but they did include all the legends and rakim too.

I just think the original year wwere it all started woulda been better.
