No just no, first I have hard time with anyone saying they are at Pac's level, not necessarily just because of the talent he possessed but because of his impact on unmatched status as an Icon in rap. As for Andre, Kanye is not even close. At the top of his game Andre is one of the most creative and dopest lyricist to ever grace Rap. Kane will never reach that lyrical status in my opinion.
