I've always liked Herbal T. Sometimes he looks like Wax in disguise lol

Most of the time I'd say a cohesive and consistent sound throughout an album is a good thing, but in this case it was a little too cohesive, to the point it got a tad repetitive. Wax & Herbal T are pretty even as lyricists, but what gives Wax more appeal is his ability to construct a song, as well as his melodic talent. His musical talents seem to show more in the music also. Sometimes Wax can get a little too ambitious for my liking, though.

Honestly, I don't think it's how cohesive/repetitive the project is. I think it's the fact that Herbal T doesn't always mesh with the style as well as we'd like for full album like this (with all his literal emphasizing on rhymes). It still is a pretty good project though in my opinion.

And I get what you mean about him and Wax. I honestly haven't listened to these guys in a while though, this tape was the first time since like Scrublife.

Have you not listened to Continue?

Scrublife is a really good mixtape. Album quality mixtape in parts.

I haven't, should I?

And yeah I even liked the Wax Goes Bananas freestyle at the end.

omg i've been dreaming of a herb album for like the last 6 years. he's always just been this mysterious feature mc who would just murder everything. it's like rap is one of his 44 hobbies and he doesn't even have to really try. downloading now

edit: damn this That's That song is fire already! :worship:
