Funny, when I first really investigated into Nas in real depth, he nearly instantly jumped to a 'top favourite rapper' on my personal list.

On "A Queen's Story" now, Nas killing it just like I remembered. Love the reference/rewritten lines from "Accident Murderers"...and I actually really like Rick Ross' verse on that song.

The last minute of Queen's Story is crazy. As for Ross, It's weird how his verse is kind of off topic, but aside from that yeah it is actually nice

Can't stand "Summer On Smash" though...

I'd say his first 3 albums are worth listening to in order. I've tried it, and it was pretty cool. I'd say It Was Written sort of hits a climax in terms of lyrical quality and his rap delivery. I haven't listened to Life Is Good, but I plan on doing so.
