I think Biggie had the flow... but lyricly no one can match Pac.

2pac - more of an average rapper that apears to a wider audience that at times doesnt really understand complexity in rhyme.



To me - rap is lyrical skill therefore Biggie is my prefered choice.

aint no need to call him a bitch. I think Biggies Flow was better.. but his lyrics meant next to nothing. no meaning. 2Pac had a Meaning in every song. And he could rap about stuff other than cars, ladies, and sex.

2pac for sure,personal opinion,i have hundreds of pac songs and maybe 15 big songs,plus i grew up listening to pac,so my vote goes tupac
