Favorite Song(s)/Stand Out Tracks: In Stereo/High Road
Rating : 4.5/5
I would totally rate it 5 outta 5 i mean its my favorite album of 2005 and by far one of the best but to be realistic the lyricism is not complex like that of Immortal Tech or anything like that but does it really have to be? all of the songs are well written and have amazing production this is the sleeper hit of the year by far it has a nice rich underground feel to it even though its a mainstream album i totally recommend this to anyone that wants both sides of the rap game because it really is an underground mainstream album.
So with that said if you like underground shit buy it it's fucking worth it.
I personally hate the album, and the reason is because the tone of his voice just doesn't sound right. its not real hip-hop. there is one good song from fort minor and it isn't even on the album.
its on a mixtape.
the song's called "Spraypaint (feat. Lupe Fiasco & Ghostface)"
well, yeah, he sounds some like a skater, but still it's hip-hop I see the opinions are different on this one I'ma listen to it in the store, and decide then.
I bought it out iTunes, and I like it. There a few really good songs, a majority of okay songs and then a few songs I just skip over. Buit overall its a good album
