You mean "The 12 days of Christmas", i Think. It is a bit similar to that, but don't think he was trying to copy that. I think it was more a rip-off of Biggie's line "I got seven mack 11's, about eight 38's Nine 9's, ten mack tens, the shits never ends", just that awesome wordplay that Biggie was famous for. It's a little harsh to say Nas was ripping it off, but i`m sure he was inspired by that line.
