hmm I dont know who uses bad beats, i mean, a bad beat to u, could be good to someone else, i dont think a bad beat exists

i'd say Jay-Z. i don't like Jay-Z. only liked American Gangster, but i'm sure i'd like him more if he had a better choice in beats.

gotta agree, his 99 problems beat gives me headaches .. i actually hate almost all of his beats, but i think hes one of the best rappers .. just cant listen to him :(

I don't like a lot of 7L's beats, so Esoteric. Aceyalone comes to mind also. Not a huge fan of Abilities' beats either, so Eyedea.
