anywae these guys dont rap to fast, but they are also not signed to anything huge, they are dope that i can ensure you, they just dont have budgets or labels backing them.

^ rhyme asylum, they are a group of some MC's (forget names and the amount of guys in it) but they are really dope, they do have a darker style most of the time, but the also collab with a good amount of underground american rappers, Copywrite and diabolic are on the myspace. i also jsut seen that respek Ba has joined rhyme asylum and for me thats fucking dope lol i got to check there myspaces more often lol

Lady Sovereign does some songs at normal kinda rap speed.
You'll be hard pressed to find much more UK rap that isn't fast though, it's becoming the norm.
