Drake isnt bad. He has a couple of good songs I think...
Tracks that are pretty decent by the guy are:
Every Girl ft. Lil Wayne
Ransom ft. Lil Wayne....

Wayne discovered him or something. They have a deep affiliation. However, Wayne wanted 2 sign Drake to Cash Money Records, but Drake instead signed with Interscope.

Chet Starr wrote:^^^Actually I think he did sign with wayne, cause I see him in tons of video's with the other people wayne signed, and they are all touring together

but I'm not for sure, since I'm not his biggest fan lol

Nah he didnt. He's just got an affiliation with him. Wayne basically discovered the man.

HipHopUpdate Confirmation:
Its reported that Wayne was going to sign him to Young Money, but Interscope through a bigger amount of money. This was not a good career choice for Drake...but whatever. He would have blown up if he stayed with Wayne but nah.

It's been insinuated that Lil Wayne's Young Money imprint would be working with Drake, but it seems as though Drake has signed to Interscope Records. This was later confirmed by Drake's representative, John T. Newton.

He was originally GOING to be signed to Young Money, but financially / contractually it didnt work out for Drake.

Its sad that people can't hear true Wayne shit. C1-C2 were frigging awesome. Drake doesn't sound like Wayne at all, though. Not even flow wise. He outshines Wayne a lot nowadays.

Ehem...im gonna jus throw this out there...Drake is from Toronto. So he's not a "hyped Up southern rapper". Listen to this to hear him at his best:

"Promoters Tryin To Get Me Out To they Club, And Say I Had Fun, But I Cant Imagine How, Cuz i Jus See My Ex Girl, Standin With My Next Girl, Standin With The Girl That im Fuckin Right Now"

^ Classic.

He's Also A Singer If you Like RnB...Here Was His "RnB" single Below:
