TR Myspace

Ok so we're doing a TR greatest hits, a TR Mixtape, got a TR youtube channel going on. Maybe we could do a TR myspace that pretty much serves as a hub for everyone. So anyone who does audio would have their newest track on TR's myspace and there'd be links to each individual myspace on the page so that anyone who liked a song could find the artist and shit.

Also it'll help people like Anonymous and Boston who are pretty new on here get exposure because people like Ax-D, Maybe, Sajjad, Sticcy, Steve Spizzal, and others already have relatively sound/large fan-bases. It'll be a big advertising machine.

Actually the idea just dawned on me that if we do all this, promotion of an artist's mixtape/album will be easier...a lot easier and reach far more people if we do it all right which I'm sure we're capable of.

I'm talking about setting up a music myspace for TR. Thomas suggested a Facebook group, even though we could make an artist page on facebook I think, but I'm not sure. Whoever suggested Twitter, yeah that's a good idea. As many of these things as we can possibly get on we need to.

Something like this will make it about 1000 times easier to promote our mixtapes and albums all over the world since TR has so many artists from so many different countries and areas. It can only help us.

To keep it updated we should probably get 3-5 people who frequent myspace and TR enough to keep shit up to date. I'll be one of them. Epiphany is already doing the Youtube channel so it'd make sense if he was one because he has a TON of music already. And we can work from there. We should probably try to get like 5-10 GOOD tracks to upload so that we have quality music. Probably shouldn't do more than one song per artist since we'll have a fair amount on there. And anyone that wants to be included just has to tell one of the main people their myspace and give them their newest track. Simple shit.

I'll start up a facebook artist page or fan group, whatever it is on there. I probably can tonight, but I'm not sure how to or what we should put on it. I'm confident with being able to create one though. If anyone wants to do it with me or help with it, I'll be on msn tonight or just pm me.

Oh yeah and the exposure is really good because even in Youtube people are commenting on videos, like Ice Killas song got a props, and MC Anonymous' song got 2 good replies etc. And they got known a bit more. This is shaping up really well,
