It would be pretty dope to have a collaboration but I doubt it will be any better than the original just by adding a new Nas verse to be honest. If the remix is to differ quite a lot from the original then that would be interesting indeed.

Nas was going to be on the first Empire State of Mind, for Blueprint. Bet you didn't know that . I don't know if Alicia Keys was still slated to be on the song, if Nas was on it, going by the original plans that were laid out, for the rough draft of the album back a few months ago.
