you should remember that it leaked nearly month before its release date

everybody's album leaks awhile before release date.... it didn't sell cuz its not up to par with his previous work

the 160,000 was rounded to the nearest 10th. it was actually 156,753. rick ross did 158,000

i think the fact that it leaked a whole month before was the reason why, i know its 2009 and everything leaks but most albums leak like 2 weeks before, im pretty sure relapse leaked about 2 before, a month is A LONG TIME. i was planning on buying it but when it leaked i just downloaded it and now i dont see the point of buying it since ive been bumping it for nearly a month, i dont think its cause it wasnt "UP TO PAR" cause i thought it was one of his best after GRODT, i thought BISD was a solid lp, imo thats just what i think

word.... now i see what you mean with the rounding and stuff... he did win sales battle, but i think 50 won when it comes to diss records towards each other. However, I could see Ross coming back at him with this kind of ammunition on 50

No He DIDN'T those are only domestic (american) numbers. They aren't including international sales.

I am aware of that, but like I said Rick Ross DID outsell 50 Cent.

(I have no doubt that 50's numbers in Europe/Worldwide will probably beat Ross but the fact of the matter is in their own country Ross outsold him)

Ok he outsold him in America but nobody can just not look at the rest of the numbers to try and prove a point, a stupid one at that. 50 is an international artist, Rick Ross isn't so they can't take away a third of his fan base, no matter where it is, just because it's a headline that will get people to read the article. Alight i well be doing that. 500,000 pre-orderd copies bought already + rebirth is directed to hip hop and rock which are the two most popular genres there are in this world called music oh and plus since hes going to jail hes fans are going to go all out and support him oh and since hes album drops on December 22nd which people do there shoping the most and cd's are the #1 buyer i will be ready for a excuse. lol just be ready not to log on for a while when wayne own's 2010 behind a cell.

And just to be technical, pre-ordered records isn't bought they are ordered. And LilWayne4Life, where have you heard that Rebirth has 500.000 copies pre-ordered? Info about pre-orders shouldn't be trusted, I heard that Relapse had like 1 million pre-orders.
