Both of them although off-the-dome random subjects are i feel more skillfull. But, usually great freestylers use both, like some have some fall-back lines for when they get stuck and lost for words whilst others can have words thrown at them and still keep going. Others have freestyle cyphers with a group so there's different forms of freestyles
