You can't just pick out one song which is the title concept track of the album (about him being a heavy hand in Hip Hop and the West Coast) and turn it that way.
If you read his blogs, you'll understand what he's talking about.
If he's dissing Eminem here, then every single Game song is a shot at every rapper. Every single Ghostface metaphor is a shot at a rapper. Every single Kurupt line is a shot at a rapper.
The only person it might be actually involve is Lil Wayne, because Glasses Malone is one of the only real disses in that song, as he's apart of the trio that has been going at Ice Cube (including Jay Rock, Bishop Lamont and Crooked I).
Not an Eminem diss. Dre's even producing some tracks for his album for gods sake.

He is definitely taking a shot at Eminem. Who else would the white boy be? Who else would be using music to get over a drug problem? Idiot.

great comprehension skills there buddy.
OBVIOUSLY the line is about Eminem. I'm not debating that. What I'm saying is that it's not a diss, it's just wordplay that correlates with the concept of the song and the overall conceptual basis of the album.
Anyone who thinks Eminem is taking that as a shot is fooling themselves.
As I said, the only person who MIGHT take that as a shot is Lil Wayne, only because Ice Cube has genuinely dissed Glasses Malone and Glasses is with YM.
