Wow.
He was actually a great lyricist / rapper. Not really recognized much but Gang Starr were classic.

Wow this is heartbreaking. To read Premo's writing like that is shattering. I can't believe it, I thought the worst of it was passed when he got out of the coma.
To all Hip Hop heads, Gang Starr are a very big deal. Even to Eminem, who asked them to do a track for the 8 Mile soundtrack.
