UPDATE: TMZ reports that on Friday, September 24, Kid Cudi pled guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. In addition to performing two days of community substance, Cudi must avoid further legal troubles. The rapper will have another scheduled hearing in March, during which he must furnish proof that he has not been on the wrong side of the law.
