I believe Marissa Cirillo is her stage name and Kathryn real name.
But no, she is not pretending. Although she is an attention whore, who cares anyway?

That's silly. Kathryn Arbenz is the name she uses for her official site, personal facebook, fan facebook etc. There's some interviews on youtube but they're in Spanish. She's from Costa Rica and still lives there. Marissa is a fake using Kathryn's image.
