Did Em start filming Southpaw or not? Because I see tweets all the time about Temur Topuria confirming how they already started filming in January, by some guy named Alex from some ***** facebook fan page.

Slaughterhouse was just in Detroit last week with Em working on their album...I don't think he could be in two places at once, and I think if they actually had started filming, there would be a ton of press coverage like there was with 8 Mile [or at least some press coverage, there has been zero acknowledgement by the press, only by this dude on Twitter].

However, when Southpaw was picked up by Sony last year after Dreamworks dropped it, they said production was scheduled to start in early 2012, so I don't think it's out of the question that scripting and casting and all that shit would be getting underway around now.

Just a fan from Australia, she posted her "story" on Tumblr. Apparently, she found out which hotel was Em staying in during Australian concerts, went there & tried to meet him but she failed. However she met Porter who took Em's pics & letter & got that all signed.
