Doesn't she use Briggs now?

Nothing againts Nate but I think he prefers to use the surname of his famous brother than his real surname for obvious reasons.

Other way round I think Hailie has her mother's surname. This family is complicated.

Mathers-Briggs. Still Mathers. And Hailie is a Scott because Em and Kim weren't married when she was born.
