the thing u guys still dont seem to understand is there are artist who are mainly album sellers and artists that are single sellers....for example Rihanna,yes,she is extreamly popular BUT her highest week sales is only 207,000,on the other hand she has achieved 9 number one singles and been around for only 5 years,why,because she is an artist that sells allot of singles but not albums,another example is Katy Perry,with her massive hit california gurls that topped the chart for 5 consecutive weeks and ended up the best selling single of 2010 everyone thought her album would sell huge in its first week BUT only mannaged to sell 192,000 in its debut week WHY?! again,cause she is a single artist.....Then we got Nicki Minaj who hasnt got a hit single on her album,actually not one of her singles from her album even reached the top 10 on the billboard hot 100 BUT managed to sell 375,000 copies in her first week,Why!? cause she is an artist that sells albums not singles,same with Drake,same with Dr.DRE,same with Taylor swift...Eminems got it both,hes albums sell Huge and his got heaps of very succesfull songs behind him,another artist is whos a huge single and album seller is britney spears....GET IT NOW!!
