Britney’s back… and on top of the HITS’ Album chart for next week, as her new Jive/JLG album, Femme Fatale looks set to score sales in the 275-300k range.

The album has actually been well-received by some critics, earning a four-star review in Rolling Stone, while last night, she performed on Jimmy Kimmel and appeared in footage shot for Jackass 3 in which she was bungied while inside a porta-potty.

That gives RCA/Jive the #1 spot for the second week in a row. This week, the label held four out of the Top Five spots on the HITS Album sales chart.

The week’s real surprise is Atlantic hip-hop artist Wiz Khalifa’s Rolling Papers, which is on target for sales between 190-215k, coming off the smash single, “Black and Yellow,” now closing in on three million downloads, and the latest hit, “Roll Up,” closing in on 330k. He performed last night before 3,000 fans at a sold-out Roseland Ballroom in New York. As part of iTunes’ “Countdown to Rolling Papers” promotion, the rapper released the Benny Blanco-produced “No Sleep,” which shot to the top of the overall singles chart a day after it was released on the digital retail site.

The physical version of Radiohead’s The King of Limbs hit stores this week, on the band’s own TBD label through RED, with estimates in the 50-60k range, with the previous digital sales on their website not included.

Priority/Capitol/EMI’s Snoop Dogg album, Doggumentary, will bow with between 45-50k, while Columbia Grammy-winning gospel group Mary Mary’s Something Big will do in the 35-40k range.

The market was up 13% vs. last week, up 7% vs. same week last year and now down 5% year to date, marking the sixth consecutive week that album sales have beat the corresponding week last year. So crack open the bubbly and let’s settle on the correct spelling of Khadafy, Qadafi, Gaddafi or whatever his name is once and for all.

great sales for Wiz

I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

The good news are going on - Lady Gaga isn't #1 anymore. So Born This Way stopped after 6 weeks, while Love The Way You Lie did it after 7.

Dude, @Rash is right. Read the title: Recovery is 2010 best selling album in U.S. and worldwide

Dude I read the title and it says Recovery is 2010 best selling album in the U.S. not worldwide.
Recovery sold 5.7 million and Gaga's album sold 5.8. It hasn't been announced that Recoverys sold more yet.
