Curtain Call has been in the top 10 on the Australian itunes for the last few weeks now since they dropped the price to $7.99. Good to see Shady still WINNING.
Imagine if Marshall had never picked up the pen...

Gaga sold 500k first day :o
Amazon sold the album for 99.9 Cents :o :shakehead:
She sold 320k on amazon first day :facepalm2

1,7 mill in danger? :o
FUCK :facepalm
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

^ Nah she won't beat it.

But she sells her album 99 cents on amazon, how pity. Eminem made almost 800K with a full price album, so did Taylor.

She did that strategy kanye did.

Just goes to show you what reducing the cost of an albums price can do. If this was to be for all albums then the album industry would be back on top.

Gaga might top Britney's 2000 record for a female artist which is 1.4m in one week.

LOL! What's the point of beating 1.7m record sale, but earn the equivalent of 170k? :facepalm

The industry will still be as shitty as before whether they cut the prices down or not.

No ones topping 1.7m but what i ment was reducing the prices not dropping them to the price of Gagas album at Amazon. Insted by just dropping £1 or £2 it makes a huge difference. Just like when Recovery was reduced on iTunes and it rose like 20 places back upto #2 on the billboard in Jan/Feb. Like with singles, they use to cost £2.99 a decade ago and didnt sell to well, now that they only cost 99p they sell like crazy.

Technically, she's making relatively less money. With the same sales revenue, they have to make nearly 10x number of CDs.
