Rapper with the most no.1 albums in the UK

Eminem has topped the UK chart with six albums and has spent 23 weeks at No.1, totals unequalled by any American artist in the 21st century. His most successful UK album was Recovery (2010), which spent six weeks at the top – a UK record for a rap album.

7 non-consecutive weeks at the top in the UK. :8)

#27 The Slim Shady EP
#10 The Slim Shady LP
#1 The Marshall Mathers LP - 2 weeks
#1 The Eminem Show - 5 weeks
#1 Encore - 2 weeks
#1 Curtain Call - 5 weeks
#1 Relapse - 2 weeks
#1 Recovery - 7 weeks

I'll have a look later and see what other charting info might be interesting.

Do you think that Hell The Sequel can Top the charts in UK=?

The EP will struggle outside the US but i think in the UK it should debut in the top 3. It will be up against Gaga, Adele & Artic Monkeys and will need to shift perhaps 70k to top them. Could be possible but there's no promotion besides the internet. We'll know when 1st day sales are in on tuesday.

I hope BME goes number one UK, but i cant see it happening, the label hasnt pushed it at all. He does have a good fanbase overhere though, so top 5 for sure, top 3 would be good :y:

The right answer is: Because I want Eminem to be the most successful artist of this era.
