Miley Cyrus looks set to be Number 1 on both the Official Singles Chart AND the Official Albums Chart this weekend, according to today’s Official Chart Update.
With a sales tally of nearly 62,000 copies, Wrecking Ball is almost certain to become Miley’s second Number 1 UK single, and is more than 18,000 copies ahead of today’s Official Singles Chart Update Number 2, Eminem’s Berzerk, at this midway stage. The controversial video for the track had amassed nearly 205 million views on YouTube as of this morning.
