True... a huge chunk of it counts for 2013. I hope the total will eventually beat all the other albums released in those 2 years though.

Told y'all it would struggle to go 2x plat. MMLP2 is currently selling solely on Em's name. The Monster barely converted listeners to album buyers and now that's rapidly dropping too. Headlights will ensure some more longevity but I don't expect it to bump up weekly sales by much.

Em really need a new single
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

you make a strong point, especially with it at #10. I'm nervous tbh, I mean a #1 single for 4 or 5 weeks it was and now this...kinda scary. Barely reaching 2 million, as a hardcore em fan this is tough to take.

This. The album is dying slowly.

There will be a new single for sure... it's obvious now. They better wait to at least mid February though 'cuz that part of the year sucks for sales... plus The Monster will continue selling in the meantime.

the success of a new single will determine if it can go x3 platinum in a year or two
the album is still doing pretty well
the Recovery success was always going to be very hard to do again

I agree... plus another successful single would make it 5 outta 5 if we talk about sales.
3xPlat looks far away or even questionable right now but the album has still done pretty well so far considering the state of the music industry for the last couple of years.
