New Style (Meaning New Beat)

Postby Ethos » Jun 11th, '07, 18:59

A couple days ago I got in tune with my inner sadness and bam! this came to mind.

http://www.myspace.com/p0isoncontrol

It's the "what I live for" beat that's new.

Leave feed. :p

the melody is real good, instuments are nice, the only thing i suggest is to get rid of the 909 kick and replace it :flower:

yeah the kick doesn't really fit with the mood of the song IMO... the rest is nice tho, probably the best beat I've heard from you so far... but the instrument that comes in at around 0:58-1:00, it kinda clashed with the rest... maybe you could try to make it "higher" (like, higher notes) it could be better this way

but good job on this

I found out what the other problem was with the strings. Like you said they clashed. the cello needed to be taken out of the chorus part . so thanks for telling me about the strings clashing. otherwise I wouldnt have noticed it until later on in life. :D
