ok well, i did a tut witch learned me the basics then i created this, tash helped me with his opinion n stuff so props to him for that :y:

anywae, i was basically goin for the basic drum pattern to make that good, then i decided to add the guitar, so i did that and saved this, then i went back to work on it some more, i then changed the channel in a different pattern and fucked up and removed the guitar channel from all the patterns meaning i could'nt edit it or make it better, i then couldnt find the notes i had on what you are listening to now, hence i fucked up trying to edit this, witch is why im posting it :y:

feed is highly appreciated as i suck at beats if everyone heard my stuff in the past ya'll will remember how i murdered ear drums like jason x :D

oh and lastly, i created thi son headphones so expect the volume not to be perfect (sorry)

it's got a familiar flow to it, but I cant tell why.....

the hi-hat or what ever that was should have a lower volume, but the pattern was ok

i liked the melody on this.... the drum pattern seemed alright

keep it up...you'll get better with time

its easy and simple for beginners
place a snare on each first red cell like this.
Image

and then you fill in with kicks. and hi hats if you want. :p

keep in mind that's a simple one mostly for beginners. sooner or later your gonna want to make more complex ones. ;)

edit:and dont mind the fact i put the cells in the hi hats
that was just to show you were they are supposed to go in the snares. lol. i didnt notice i put them there until now

I do that exact same thing... it does help when beginning a basic pattern before adjusting for more complexity

i just mess around like that, obviously adding claps or kicks ect.

melodies confuse me a bit though lol :sweating:

Don't worry bruh, you'll get it down in time. It's better if you have a keyboard to just dink around with, even if it's not connected to the computer. Cuz then you can find melodies a hell of a lot faster. :D
I'm pretty much still a beginner with this but I 've had about 6 months practice. So if ya ever need any help and Mart and DC arent around feel free to PM me. :smoking:
