developing dat flow

developing dat flow

Postby Ticalrecords » Jan 18th, '11, 17:29

I've heard a few of you on this site rap and i noticed that yall have pretty good breath control and flow. I was wondering how long it took for you to finally perfect your flow?
whats the average amount of time i need to spend working strictly on flow for me to make improve significantly? any suggestions on how to actually improve a flow would also be appreciated, but im really tryna figure out how long it took all YALL to get this aspect of rap down pact.

thanks yall, yea im putting in 2 hours a day, just repeating the same fucking songs OVER AND OVER AGAIN. its one aspect of the come up tht always seems to be downplayed as far as how much aggravation is involved.

to be honest, you can't really "learn" to flow...everyone flows different and you gotta find your own groove. and again TBH most people are born with that, i mean you can learn it but it thats more like emulating than actually being able to flow.

As for breath control thats really all about where you place ur breaks, how well and quick u can take a breath, etc.
