Can you post the link of V1? I'd also think it'd be good to get a little TMW site going with info about TMW, atrtists with info/bio/disocgraphy, not just for rappers but producers aswell, whoever wants to contribute beats as you can use that for contests etc. Maybe more tapes aswell eg

General Tape of various artists doing full tracks

A Remix tape. Could let people collaborate together on old beats, produce new beats or simply redo classic beats, although i guess mixtapes kinda do that already but you get the idea

A "Kill The Beat" would be good, letting 2-5 people on a track, but with a subject matter or idea/story to stick to. For example, for a storytelling track, could be told from different perspectives

Could bring your battle idea back which i remember. 2 people, 1 track. Don't feel it would be a good idea as a tape but deffo as a competition

Basically you can develop TMW to be a whole community of projects which has everyone contributing

Oh, btw i'm down to drop some 16's and once i get internet i can help more.
