i love fast flow...i'm way better at that. I actually have trouble with slow flow (there's more chance to slip up imo)

Fast Flow is a great change up...as u noticed in that GTonic (or whatever the name is) and Big Ax-D song...notice how he was rapping real slow then came ax-d with a real smooth quick flow? I think that's a great touch up to a track..

I only go real fast on a few tracks, my one friend says those are my best, I guess it just comes down really to the beat choice. Lately my flows been more medium, not real fast but not real monotoned-ish either, if that makes sense.

I can rap really fast if im reading other peoples lyrics. Like i used to shock my friends when i could rap twistas verse on Let's Go perfectly and keep up with him. But i can't write lyrics that can be rapped fast for some reason.

Word.

I like to change the song's speed in WMP and then rap it out. I'm good at rapping Smack That fucking fast. :D

Ive tried to fast flow, but it doesnt work. I can have a couple fast lines in a verse or so. But it just doesnt work for me when i try to do it throughout the whole verse...

It's very popular in the UK; i've dabbled in it on my new album and i can do it relatively decently, but i prefer a mix. Sometimes you miss out details when you specifically make fast flows all the time, and it can be hard to get all the words across.
