Depends what you mean by best..For me, I just like simple goofy shit..Nothing too complicated for rap..
For instrumentals you can put as many layers as you want..

Btw, the beat is dope.

All he did was paste a generic hip-hop drum set on a stolen melody---one that he simply replaced with standard bell sounds from a VST.

Regardless, it's a good beat, but nowhere near the best... actually, it doesn't come close to any of Ants production.
