well you are probably playing off-key... if the melody does not sound right then you first need to understand music theory to know what are you actually playing.

if thats not it, then you are just having alignment problems. Make sure each sound playing is correctly situated on a 4/4 time scale.

use separate patterns for separate instruments and use the multi track to place them together... idk if any of this helps

if not, then try to do a print screen and paste the picture here so I can tell you what youre doing wrong
