Not really sure where this would go

I am a new member and my posts have to be approved every time i post and was wondering if you guys can disable this for ME because I think I have proven that I am not a bot or a troll so..........Oh yeah and also are we not allowed to PM here?

Once you reach 20 posts you won't need approval. I think you can wait those 7 posts lol. And you need a certain number of posts (don't remember how many) before you can PM & same with accessing the download section.
