Honestly, I'm not sure. I was literally made a mod just a few hours ago.
I think you need 25 posts before you have full posting privileges. I'll go look it up and tell you for sure.
Until then, I'd just give other artists feedback, they'll most likely return the favor when you're able to post your stuff.

You'll need to rack up some feedback posts in the Audio Stage anyway, before you post your stuff.
Every time you post a song, you need to link to a post you made giving another artist feedback in the Audio Stage. It keeps everything going.
