Changes Made to RB section

what has changed?

- there is now a specific group of battlers or educated members that are the only ones whom can vote.
this is the new 'judge pool'. those and only those in it can vote on any battle. most of which are the regular voters so it isnt a drastic change, this is to eliminate the shady one-post members who vote for someone that is likely an alt account.

- the category "other" is no longer a voting category. i notice in most battles most dont fill this out anyhow. so instead of a non needed one i deleted it, also that total is eleven and is harder for a tie

- after one member wins 3 tournaments they will receive a page in the legends section of this board. any member can achieve this as long as they win the three tournaments.

-any one can host a tournament, however you must check with me before doing so to see if it is acceptable. BECAUSE should 10 members want to hold one, that is a lot of battling. and we may end up with a bunch of people earning legends pages, due to lack of competitors willing to battle in so many tourneys. So it may be rewarded to the members that arnt necessarily deserving of legend status.

-it was required that you need a link of feed to vote(though this rule wasnt followed) because of the judge pool this is no longer needed.


Edit: the section once TR changes the layout, will be devided into "Current battles" - pertaining only the battles that are current and in process. "Past battles" - with every battle this is not going on at the present time. and "Top Battles" - having battles that got rave reviews, were heavily anticipated or watched, and that had top battlers involved

Edit 2: there will be no "sway comments" or talk before voting begins. such comments and who you think won or vote if you are not in the Judge pool, can potentially influence the voters view on a column or vote.

And btw the competition section can be viewed by everyone, unlike the main rb section where you have to be a member.

Ballad once you get some rep under the belt we can talk about adding you to the Pool
this was made so(not saying you) but noobs who dont know what theyre voting on
dont simply pick the member they like ya know. nothing personal just agreed upon by the mass
and seems to be a good idea

the battles were deleted to clean up the secton HOWEVER, i saved them all and will post every battle in one large locked thread for viewing purposes only. itll be more organized if another tourney should be held and you can find every battle in one place
