Nah, it was a Annual shit and I decided to give this a try. "fucking dad walking out...", "That's enough" came a voice out of nowhere and before I could react the Mic was taken away and I was pulled off Stage directly, not even from the step's. :coffee:

I had something similar happen to me at a friend's house. I was just starting out rapping, barely had done anything to that point but my friend wanted to get me some recording time. There was only supposed to be 1there other person there, no big deal. When we got to his house that one other person had brought about 10 people with him and I got really nervous. Nerves got the best of ne and I choked while trying to freestyle. I went home and reflected. I thought about what I needed to do to improve and how to do it. I came back about a week later, and in front of a lot of the same people, killed it. I even threw in a joke about what happened. Just come back confident, it's all you need to do in this situation.

Well I have very volatile moods and often feel dead, empty and down over nothing. But then I have depression on top of that, which can be crippling, not so much lately though...

I would advise you to indulge in the depression and ride it out. Going for a walk, distracting yourself or whatever generic advice people give never works, not for me anyway, as the mind is still focused on the depression, you have to address it.

Accept the negative feelings and turn them into a positive. Begin to enjoy your isolation and get a perverse pleasure out of the negative mood you feel (odd but, I do it), you'll soon find you don't mind depressive moods and you actually quite like them.

But I'm weird and isolated too, I'm liked but, just in recent years I've become more hateful of everything lmao, making myself sound like a fucking emo but I'm just Bipolar...

Take yourself to your lowest bottom, don't ignore it, address it.

In this case however, this is not random... there was an event that fueled your shitty state and depression over it. So you can attempt to rationalize your way out of feeling this way.

You may have felt humiliated but think of it like this...

To a bunch of strangers, you're not "you" falling over. It feels like "you" to a bunch of people because you are 'you. But to random people you don't know, you're just a guy who fell over. I would advise that if this happens again, make a joke of it and also, never take yourself too seriously.

If you take yourself too seriously then when something like this happens, you will look ten times as stupid. So just be level-headed, self-aware, self-assured and real to you :)
