i try not to drink more than 2 cans a week

i decided to stick to such a diet coz my family has a history of heart disorders and i decided to keep fit and healthy to avoid that shit :unsure:

calcium u mean?

u can find calcium in many other foods
and just so u know milk has been proven not to be good for your health
because of Lactoze(it doesnt allow propper digestion)

milk is OK for little kids but for grown ups its useless
