Why Ipod?

I used to think the exact same thing.

But then I realized that there's no reason to fight it.

no, really. i don't like watching movies on the tiny screen and i don't see any point in this. i also don't put pics on my mp3 player [Zen got this option, but i rarely use it] and uhh.. mp3 player is a mp3 player, i don't think i need to pay additional money just because it's got the apple on the back, right?

My iPod has made my life a lot easier. I even changed the program I use for music and videos to iTunes, and everything is just more organized and better.

i had iTunes for some time, didn't like it.

its really the simple fact of knowing you can have every song you like and more on one lil device

for real, i just find iPod as a part of the Coffee Heaven/Starbucks culture, whose parents are wealthy and who spent their days on being metro, going shopping and wearing idiotic clothes, sipping that disgusting shit from paper cups while checking myspace on their laptops inside the cafeterias. i prefer cheaper but still solid mp3 players, sagged pants, Philips headphones and a can of Pepsi.

i use to think that too, i was like "you'll never catch me w/ an ipod or any kind of mp3 or mp4 player" but after buying my mp4, i was hooked..so i moved up from that to my ipod. and yeah there are those people who ipod flash all day, those are the type of people that i wsh either break or have their ipods stolen. i've had mine for a little over a year now, and like Tru said..it does make it easier to listen to whatever you whenever or watch. i dont know i fell into it but i dont consider myself as a scenester, i jus love music soo much that i want it w/ me wherever i go

well i never said they're bad or have shit features; considering iPod as a device, i'm pretty sure it's solid - Apple is a generally good at electronics. it's just that PERSONALLY i don't need all the features, because i NEVER use them. so it wouldn't make sense for me if i bought iPod just to have it and be like oh-i-got-80-GB-iPod. plus, it's design doesn't appeal to me; iPod shuffle looks shit. i'm very happy with my Creative Zen, it was alot cheaper than iPod, but it's still solid and what's the most important thing - i can still listen to the music whenever i want to.


and it's really not my fault; i automatically match iPod with the exact kind of people i hate, it's just that 99% of them got iPods.

word, i love opening up the booklet and reading the production, what songs were sampled and the thank yous...i still buy cd's, and if i could find any record stores that still sell vinyl i'd buy vinyl
