This one time at the bay I lept off a sand dune and landed with my legs straight, I felt an intense pain in my back and I couldn't breathe or talk or move my arms for about 30 seconds. I was only 11 or 12 and I thought I had broken my back.

I think that's the most scared I've ever been.

I was at my friend's birthday party and we were playing a game in the pool. He got a little rowdy and started pushing me under the water and I couldn't breathe at all. I was gasping for air, struggling to tell him to stop, yet to no avail. Luckily his parents got to him before I drowned.

I was stopped by a cop once, high as hell with a shit ton of weed stuffed in my shoes.
Me and my friend were baking in his car in the back of a parking lot, we had just stopped at Taco-Bell to grab munchies. We were sitting there minding our own business when a cop comes through the parking lot. Being the genius my friend is, he peeled out of the parking lot and the cop followed us. He stopped us about 2 blocks later and I assumed we were 100% thoroughly FUCKED. He asked what we were doing back there and I heard one of the greatest lies of my life:
(My friend): "Well sir, I am a new driver I've only had my liscence about a week. My friend said he thought there was something wrong with our order from Taco Bell. So instead of helping him check it while I was driving, I pulled into the parking lot to check the order."
I don't know if the cop actually bought it, or if he just felt sorry for us. He told us to go home and stay off the roads for the night. No ticket, no citation, no search, no arrest. Still scariest moment of my life.

Well, in my case, tbh, I had many scary moments but the most recent one was last week. I'm sure you don't know this but I'm the au-pair of a irish family who has two girls: the older one is 8 and the youngest is only 6. Her name is Alana.
Everyday I have to pick up Alana from the school at 2:00 p.m. Together, we get home and it's there where I have to change her uniform and get Alana ready for going to collect the older one who finish school at 3:00... so, for one hour we're alone at home.
The fact is last Tuesday I was with her in her room, helping her to get dressed when suddenly she said to me:
-There is someone else at home.. with us.
Imagine my face at this moment (it was like WHAT?????!!! ). I couldn't believe what she was telling.... and I was so scary but I could't show it out with her next to me.
-Don't say that. I locked the door. Nobody is here, except us (yeah, it's true, I had locked the door and I was very sure about it.)
But the damned little girl went on:
-No, there is someone. Believe me. it's coming.
-How do you know that?- (I was near to have a heart attack)
-Because I hear footsteps in the stairs...
NO SHIT!!!! I was terrified and I didn't go to the stairs.. but I had to do it; so, keeping my breath, I went out of the room and I felt how my heart stopped......


Obviously, there was no one (it was the wind that made strange noises ¬¬) but, when we got home and in a hurry, I left my coat next to the stairs so it seemed someone was stand up....


FUCKING WIND, FUCKING GIRL'S IMAGINATION and... above all else, FUCKIIIIIING COAT!!!!!!!
