a little laptop help here..

so I finally got my laptop working, for months it wouldnt turn on correctly, now it randomly does. how do i "wipe it clean" ? basically wipe everything and start from anew like how i first got it?

most likely the video needs to be reflowed, reseed the cpu, take it apart, reflow the front side bus, also makes sure cpu is out but it's prolly video only, if you don't know how to reflow, call professional

If it came with a back-up CD you could run a system restore and get it back to factory settings, that may fix your problem. If it didn't come with a back-up CD you can most likely order one online.
