Cooking

Postby tadpole25 » Mar 12th, '13, 16:30

any recipes you guys like to make, any special ingredients you use?

i generally season most lunch/dinner dishes with basil, black pepper.

if i decide to put lime or lemon flavoring on something, i will add cilantro.

and i sometimes cook beef with ginger, to give it an oriental chinese restaurant feel to it.

i also love making chili, and i use chipotle pepper powder in it.

I recently found out cooking beef with garlic tastes like heaven, and no sauces is needed.

Yeah, careful though this is a difficult dish to execute. I'll PM it to you though, some faggots here might steal my recipe.

I add curry to burgers, best combo ever

& it's ghetto but I love making this "Mexican Chicken". Even if it's the last thing to have anything to do with Mexican. It's just Doritos smashed on the bottom of a casserole pan, then put chicken on top of that, and then Doritos on top of the chicken. Heat it in the over until it's pretty much done, then cover it in tons and tons of cheese

Fattening, cheese overload, and just delicious!

If I die of a heart attack after eating this, it will be well worth it.

this may sound weird, but fucking delicious
if you have a sandwich presser/maker, you spread peanutbuter on one slice, sprinkle shredded cheese on that bitch, put that other slice on top, pop it in the presser, and bam
