umm idk. but sometimes im just in a mood to kick out some decent freestyles. and sometimes like right now i cant think of shit to rap about. what helps yall get in a rapping mood? :smoking:

Hmm, though question.

But whenever I hear a track that just blows my mind, with some top notch lyrics and dope emotions.
I just feels like "damn, I want to top that shit!" and start writing, spitting or whatever.
Sometimes I think it turns out awesome, sometimes it's just garbage.

Or maybe when I'm drunk, high or whatever, I'll try freestyling. In some way I'm like a 100 times better at freestyling when I'm under the influence. Like one time I rhymed from the top off my dome for like 5 minutes and were just spitting one sick line after the other. Too bad I couldn't remember it because I was so drunk, but my friends said I was awesome. :smoking:

nowadays, the only thing that gets me in the rapping mood is when im pissed off or when im upset. the only time i make anything decent is when i have something on my mind and i have to get it out. i hardly rap anymore though..back in the day i was different. I wrote about anything and i tried to be funny. now im bored of it. i cant pick up a pen and write anything anymore.

Nice question, though i cant help feeling it might get more attention in Audio Stage.

Well for a long time, what got me into the mood (no homo

) was being pissed off at people. But recently the anger has evaporated as i chilled out a bit about shit.

So what tends to get me in the mood is if i hear a good beat, or if i think up a couple lines or a concept and wanna run with it, really. I also just like creating the music in general.
